Great service, flooring landed as promised, thanks

I cannot thank Matthew and the team at Direct Flooring Online enough for their incredible service—five stars isn't enough! After being turned away by suppliers across Europe and the UK who couldn't help me, Matthew stepped up and found a way to get everything done perfectly. They showed the kind of patience and dedication you rarely see these days, handling a complex shipping situation effortlessly until the pallet arrived in pristine condition. They went above and beyond in every single way, and the actual workmanship is fantastic. If you want a friendly, professional company that truly cares and delivers when others can’t, look no further than Direct Flooring Online. Absolute lifesavers! Hey Matthew, I can't thank you enough!

After researching for suppliers for Karndean glue down flooring, Direct Flooring Online came in with a very good price. I had problems with the website when trying to place an order, so I phoned and spoke with Matthew, he was very helpful and apologetic regarding the website although I was not sure where the fault lay. Matthew took the order from me, i explained that we were not ready for the flooring to be installed, possibly two weeks away, no problem just let us know when you want it delivered. We requested w/c 15/6 we received an email confirming the delivery was 16/6 , and on that morning we received another email confirming a tracking number and time. It was delivered on time by a pleasant delivery driver. Good to know that we still have companies that have customers at heart, wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We found Direct Flooring Online great to deal with. Matthew was more than helpful, answering technical questions in depth and detail before we bought the first two rooms of flooring. Delivery was on time, (exceptional as we live on a Scottish Island and so many will not deliver here). These two points were great, although they also managed to offer the best price we could find. We had a further query before installation, again Matthew answered promptly, (months after the delivery, he even remembered our order!) So rare/exceptional to be looked after in this way nowadays, we will be ordering for the remaining rooms in the New Year and I am very happy to recommend Direct Flooring Online.

Great product and fantastic service. Matthew was prompt in answering my queries and able to advise with a tricky situation regarding an inexperienced builder who mishanlded the product. Other providers have let me down in the past, but with Direct Flooring Online I felt like I get proper support - both compentent and 'human' - which gave me huge peace of mind (priceless!) and a beautiful kitchen floor in LVT. Highly recommended!

We, Bjm builders, used Direct flooring for a project in Chigwell recently. They supplied the brushed and oiled oak engineered plank. Really happy with the whole process and will definitely use again. If they don’t have what you want then ask as they sourced this for us. Great company!
