Deliveries

Direct Flooring Online Ltd only deliver to addresses within mainland UK under our standard terms, for deliveries outside mainland UK please contact us for a delivery quote. Free Standard 2-4 days Delivery on all DFO Choice (Direct Flooring Online own brand) products for orders of £200 inc vat or more, for orders under £200 inc vat a £30 delivery charge will be added. Optional next day delivery for £45 on all DFO Choice products. Individual quotes are required for all non DFO Choice branded products. Delivery time frames may increase at certain times of year such as bank holidays.

We cannot be held responsible if an error is made by customers when delivery details are provided, if an extra cost is created due to this we reserve the right to pass this cost onto the customer. Orders cannot be cancelled when an error has been made by the customer during the ordering process. Smaller items such as free samples will usually be delivered by Royal Mail in 2-4 working days.
