Scotland Deliveries
We incur additional delivery costs for many addresses in Scotland. Please obtain a quote from us for all delivery addresses in Scotland before placing an order for any product. 

Delivery time frames may increase at busy times of the year including bank holidays.

Deliveries Terms

1. Deliveries to addresses within mainland UK can be made under our standard terms, for deliveries outside mainland UK please contact us for a delivery quote before placing orders.
2. Addresses in parts of Scotland may incur additional delivery charges. If your delivery address is in Scotland please contact us for a delivery quote before you place an order.
3. Delivery time frames may increase during certain times of year such as Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year.
4. Delivery ETA’s or time slots are not provided.
5. Customers must be present to receive and sign for deliveries.
6. Customers must inform us if access to the delivery address is restricted. For example if the access road is narrow we may need to send a smaller vehicle. 7. A re-delivery charge of £99.00 may be applied for failed deliveries, which must be paid before a
failed delivery can be rescheduled.
8. Deliveries are curbside only. Drivers cannot take deliveries into properties. Customers are responsible for receiving deliveries.
9. If items are missing upon delivery customers are to inform the delivery driver immediately and inform us by email as soon as possible within 48 hours.
10. If items are damaged upon arrival customers are to inform the delivery driver immediately and inform us by email with photographic evidence as soon as possible within 48 hours so that we can approve replacements.
11. Once a delivery has been signed for it is considered accepted. Customers must thoroughly check all items before signing for the delivery. Customers must report any damage to the driver and us upon delivery.
12. No compensation will be paid for delays to works under any circumstance.
13. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may change at any time due to circumstances outside of our control.
